When looking at Egyptian art, you have to look at it though the eyes of the Egyptians. This style of art was usually formal, strangely abstract, and often blocky nature. At times, Egyptian imagery has often been linked to being similar with Greek and Renaissance art. Many works of Egyptian art, like this one, were made in memory of those who died. Egyptian art started 1000 BC to 100 AD.
